New Year’s Eve
at Stand25 Bistro

 

On New Year’s Eve we will provide a 3 and a 4 courses dinner menu.

By choosing the 3 courses menu, guests can arrive at 17:30 or at 18:00 and we can provide the table until 20:00.

For those guests, who would like to spend more time in our restaurant, we can provide a table from 20:30, 21:00, 21:30 or 22:00 until 00:30 and we will serve a 4 courses menu.


3 COURSES NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU

Gosset Champagne

First course

Beef tartare, pickled vegetables, toast

or

Duck foie gras, quince jam, toasted loaf

or

„Lángos”, home made sour cream, grated Balaton cheese

or

Pheasant soup, vegetables, semolina dumplings with thyme, roasted porcini

Second course

Young deer steak (180 g), gratin potatoes, mangold, salad, gravy

or

„Duck l’Orange”, rosé duck breast, carrot purée with orange, baked carrot, rosemary gravy

or

Baked sea pike perch fillet, baked chickpeas, champagne sauce

or

Pasta stuffed with spicy cottage cheese, mushrooms, eggplant

Third course

Caramelized pear, almond bavarois, cracker crisp

or

Arany Galushka (dough balls with walnut) stuffed with apricot jam,

vanilla foam

We reserve the right to change the menu.
The price of the menu is including 1 glass of champagne (Gosset champagne), unlimited consumption of water and a cup of coffee.
The 3 courses menu can be selected by one meal from each courses.
