Reservation for more than 14 persons

In case you make a reservation for more than 14 persons, you need to guarantee your place with paying deposit. Your reservation is done when you bought the deposit for each guest.

Please indicate the final guests’ number 48 hours before the event. Our bill is based on this final guests’ number given. Your order can be cancelled 30 days before the event.

In case of cancelling the event over the following periods, we would charge the following percents of the full amount of the order:

You may cancel your order 30 days before the event.

Between 30 – 14 days……………………………………………………………. 50% of the full amount of the order,

Between 14 – 7 days……………………………………………………………… 70% of the full amount of the order,

Between 7 – 4 days……………………………………………………………….. 90% of the full amount of the order,

Cancelling the event in 3 days before the event or miss to cancel the event, we will charge the whole amount of the order as a cancellation fee.

THE EVENT WILL BE CONFIRMED AFTER PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT OF 15.000 HUF / PERSON.
